As an integral part of our reconstruction crew, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, including painting, labor, basic plumbing, handyman services, basic electrical work, flooring, and more. Your expertise will play a vital role in the restoration of properties following water mitigation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Painting: Execute painting tasks with precision, including surface preparation, paint selection, and achieving a flawless finish to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Labor Assistance: Provide hands-on support for reconstruction projects, involving lifting, moving, and organizing materials. Assist with the setup and breakdown of work areas.
- Basic Plumbing: Address basic plumbing issues, such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems.
- Handyman Skills: Perform a variety of handyman tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, and other general maintenance duties to uphold the structural integrity of reconstructed properties.
- Basic Electrical Work: Conduct simple electrical repairs and installations, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant codes.
